Yes, there is a cleaning fee of 60€ per stay and a municipal tourist tax. This tax is applied to all guests over the age of thirteen, regardless of nationality or residence. It is 2€ per night, per person, up to a maximum of seven nights per stay (a maximum of 14€). It should be paid in cash at check in.

We will ask for a 250 euros cash deposit at check in. The money will be given back to the guest at check out if there is no damage to consider.

Housing Estoril Apartments are pet friendly, however you must make a request before hand and it has to be approved. Only pets with a maximum of 10Kg can be accepted.

If you are staying at the SEA Apartment, you will have a private parking spot inside the property. For the other apartments parking is not included but there is plenty of parking spaces around the accomodation.
